    Should I keep the same pixel aspect ratio

    Hi All,

    I shot my footage at 1920×1080 1.000 Square pixel. I’m now at the stage of exporting a Standard Definition PAL Widescreen. Should I set my pixel aspect ratio to the DV Widescreen setting of 1.4 or keep it at square pixel 1.00.?

    I’m a bit confused on if i need to keep the same pixel aspect ratio all the way through my project or do I change it depending on the delivery format?

    You should not change anything in your project. You simply render in the delivery format that you want and Vegas will do all the aspect conversions for you, letterboxing etc. as needed.
