Shorten timeline in sony vegas 8
I am new to sony vegas and I need help.
I am aware of this being asked before, but I tried the suggestion given and it did not work.
I have made a video (finished with the events)
The problem is… the timeline is longer than the events, so when I finish the video and upload it on lets say youtube, my video will run for 4 minutes, 3:30 of it is a blank black screen.
How do I make the timeline shorter, so it is the same lenght as my events?
Someone please help! :'(

Sounds like you have a sliver of something at the 4 minute mark. If you click on the >| button below the timeline, it will take you to the end of the project. Then you can zoom in and see what’s there.
