    Is there a keyboard shortcut to advance or rewind frame by frame in AE ??
    i might be being thick but the help file doesnt mention it .. If any one knows then it would be a great help..

    It’s there under “keys for moving around windows”. Not where I expected to find it …

    I use PageUp, PageDown. Add shift for 10-frame step.

    i like ctrl+(arrow key left right)
