Shortcut Palettes
Does anyone know if there is a shortcut to toggle between palettes if all palettes are in one dock?

Use the keyboard command for the apporiate palette and it comes instantly to front. (eg: F7 for layer, F9 for transform)
The mac dashboard uses many of the F Keys, so you have to disable them to get many of the Indesign window shortcuts to work.
