I once came across a magical combination of keys that toggled the audio clip names on & off. Finally — there was no need to poke at the fussy little arrow at the bottom left of the timeline to turn on/off my audio clip names. I was elated. I was overjoyed. I was a true man among men.

Sadly, that’s all in the past now as my short-term memory has scrubbed all trace of that knuckle-crunching shortcut from my mind. I’ve scoured the internet looking for clues but everywhere I look it’s either not mentioned or is said not to exist.

I’m certain I wasn’t delusional at the time, so I’m confident it exists. I just can’t recall it.

Any shortcut ninjas out there willing to shed some light?

pretty sure that doesn’t exist in the default keyboard layout.

open the keyboard layout window (option H) and roll your own.
use the search window to find the function,
select the one you want, and type your desired shortcut.
