I think it’s really good. Nice layering of pIllusion effects. Suggestions on making it even better:

1) Render with a light source that follows the position of the glowing emitter that moves around the letters. This will make it appear that the emitter is providing the light.

2) The letters are quite clear and sharp when further away, then when they’re in place they’re wavy and blurry. They should be harder to see when further away, and more clear when close.

Nice! Really cool. I agree with Alan’s advice though. in water, things further away are more distorted and up clode they are much less distordet. Even if that weren’t the case, you’d still want to see the titles anyway.

Also, the fish in the BG seem to be poping into existance – well afew anyway. You may want to move the emitter over to the right to avoid seeing that happen.
