If I am in squeeze mode on the panasonic dvx100a, how can I incorporate the footage with footage that was shot on normal 4:3 mode. I usually cut in premiere pro, and the footage looks great in a widesrceen project, however once rendered for a standard project by rendering the file at .9 pixels, the files aspect ratio looks correct however the quality is crappy. If I try and interpret the footage in a standard project, I get the same results. Any suggestions?

Kind of a catch 22 here as the resolutions don’t match the aspect ratio. Best way to preserve quality would be to pillowbox the 4:3- that is make it have black bars on the sides on the 16:9 project.
