shooting in both PAL and NTSC

If you’re shooting 720 you’re not shooting NTSC or PAL you’re shooting high definition. Yes Europe projects 720p at 25p vs. 24p but other than that not a big deal. If the folks are shooting with an HVX200 that doesn’t have the 24p frame rates, have them shoot 720/25p and conform the footage in Cinematools to 24p. Shouldn’t be a biggie.

Some cameras can shoot at both 59.94 and 50Hz system frequencies. Our HPX500 does this. The only downside to shooting 59.94 in a PAL country is lights may appear to flicker as the 50 Hz a/c line freq might beat with the 59.94 shooting system freq.
