  Shooting for PAL program with GYHD250

  I am producing three programs for European television. I would like to use my JVC 250 GYHD250 with HDV that I have in hand rather than get a dedicated PAL camera. What would the acquisition and export setting in the camera be to record this program and then download to Final Cut Pro 6.04 PAL timeline?
