July 31, 2010 at 8:21 amDon’t know why it’s not working in FCP 6.0.6. Its supposed to, but I’ve seen a couple of posts with other people having problems with 6.0.6.
I’m doing exactly the same as in FCP7 and get a message about file structures in FCP6. That same file on the same drive opens in FCP7.

August 2, 2010 at 9:34 pmNot sure I see the benefit of a Disc Image over a discreet folder for each card. What do you again by the extra effort of having to make and then mount an image each time you want to access the media. Not saying you are wrong just wondering if you get something for the extra work.
Honestly something like ShutPut Pro is the way to go, it can copy to multiple drives at the same time and does a verification of the copy.

August 5, 2010 at 7:13 pmHi Michael,
what do you mean by discreet folder?
Could you give me your take of a workflow with the Canon 7D and FCP?
I would really appreciate it.
Thanx.Sascha Engel

August 5, 2010 at 7:35 pmI thought the software for syncing the Audio and Video for DSLR Cameras is the DualEyes software, not the PluralEyes one. Unfortunately it seems like, that the Dual Eyes are just available for PC, not for FCP on MAC. Is that true?
