    When I import a video-asset to Encore DVD everything looks right, but you see the problem when you add subtitles.
    I really, really don’t get how this can happen:

    The first line of text should show at:
    00:01:38:20 to 00:01:40:13.
    This works perfectly well in all of my other show-subtitles-on-video programes – but not in Encore DVD.

    If I take a look in the timeline, to check at what point in time it shows the text, then it acutally shows me 00:01:38:20. But if I compare where the movie is in at 00:01:38:20 in Encore with where it is in the actual movie, it turns out that the time 00:01:38:20 in Encore is acutally 00:01:43:00 – and this, of course, destroys my entire subtitles timing.

    Please help, what could possibly be the problem?
