    Just a question.
In order to get a proper rendering when we want to imput Upper-first, and output Lower-first (or the opposite), is clear that we have to change some how the way in wich we interpret our images image.
Normally this done just changing the “phisycall” position (up or down) of the pixels . More or less there are readed in the same order than they has been recorded, but we re-writed them in a different place (corresponding to the new order).
If there any system that make a kind of “Shifting in time”? What I mean is instead of shifting the image up/down, we shift it one field fordward or backward.
More or less: If my clip is Lower-first, to convert it to Upper-first, I just throw away the first field (Lower) and start with the seccond (Upper). In the most part of the cases, I think to loose this field, wouldn’t be a big issue. In the other hand we would keep our pixels in place.
    Any idea?
    salud,
    Rafael
