whats the quickest way to move a whole audio track down just 1 frame(its an hour show)though it would only be parts of tracks in certain sections – i have to believe there is an easy way to do this?

Load filler (fast menu over source monitor), mark an in / out, insert edit into your sequence.

OR, you could select insert edit mode (I think that’s what it’s called – it’s the little yellow arrow), shift select everything to the right (one of the newer features in MC is ‘select all to the right from here’, but I haven’t used it yet, and don’t know how it works), and use the ‘M, comma, period, and slash to move the highlighted clips.

Simply unlock the sync of the audio track, then trim (or extend) by the frame at the point it starts to go out of sync, and Bob’s your Uncle.

You can also use the nudge buttons, I have them mapped to my keyboard. You can move 1 frame left/right or 10 frames left/right. Not sure if they are in fast menu or not, just check keyboard in settings and mapp if that is how you edit.
