Shifting a lot of clips vertically on the timeline but without moving horizontally (to stay in sync)
I sometimes need to grab a bunch of clips and move them up and down on the timeline several tracks, but they need to remain in sync. Now with snap turned on I can watch the tiny yellow timecode popup that tells me if I’m shifting the clips in time and watch to make sure I land on 00:00, but in my experience with FCP/Avid I could always just hold a modifier key like shift to ensure without fail that they won’t be moving in time and not have to worry or think about it. Seems to not be the case in Premiere.
Minor thing but does anyone know if it’s possible?
