    Hi

I’ve just split a feature into a number of reels in FCP, exported my xml files from FCP and the start timecode has defaulted to 00:00:41:16 (?!?).

I’d like to fix the start timecode to reflect the correct TC but I can’t find any way to shift it?

The TC was correct in the FCP XML exports, not sure why its changed in the import.

    Thanks
    Chris

You can set start time code while importing the XML, but not after as far as I know.

Also, as to why it shifted – can’t say for sure, but I know Resolve will ignore any empty space before your first clip. So if your first media clip was at :41:16 that could be a reason for that.
