    shift rotate illustrator cc 2015 problem

    So normally when u hold shift and rotate in illustrator it does a snap rotate on 45 degree increments, but that is not working for me. Is that something that works different in Illustrator CC 2015?

    Works for me in CC2015.

    What happens when you hold shift and rotate? Nothing, or just no constraint?
