Shatter+Displacement Map+Motion Tracking
I’m using a precomposed freezeframe of shatter as a displacement map for some footage to simulate a broken mirror look. It’s not terribly elegant, but it works well enough. However, I need the cracks to move around in order to remain aligned with the footage, and I can’t for the life of me figure out how to do that. Any ideas, either for a way to apply motion tracking to the displacement map, or simply another way to achieve the effect? Thanks.
