I’m trying to make my school’s eagle logo spin. I extruded it in shatter, and that’s cool, but when I spin it around, the backside of it is really dark. The front looks fine though. What’s up with that? I have it rigged up to use the comp camera (so I can use the orbit tool)…

    Here’s the front:

But then I spin it, and on the back:

Anyone know how to fix that? I need this done by tonight.

    Thanks,

Toy around with the lighting options Shatter gives you. Read the help files/manual.

And if all else fails try levels or curves.

Nah, shatter’s lighting options were no help… neither was setting a light in the scene. I ended up just animating a levels adjustment, and it worked, but that’s really weird.

    Thanks though,
