I’m trying to make a background shatter as a logo comes in and hits it, but when using the forces within the shatter, I can only adjust them as a circle. I want the background to shatter in more of an oval shape other than a perfect circle. is their a way to adjust the force controls to make a different force shape, like a a custom force?

You’ll want to use Shatter’s Gradient Force property. A gradient created using Ramp, set to Circular Ramp followed by some scale transform to make it an oval should do the trick.
