Sharpening Assistance
Hi,
when i apply sharpen i get a little whit-ish border around the frame,in this situation in the right and bottom border, the larger sharpen number the lager border is, is there any way to overcome this or to fix it somehow, when i use unsharp mask it doesnot make the white border but i think that i get better result with sharpen, correct me if i am wrong, the video is 1080p 25fps made with 5dmkII, i would make it 720p and scale it a little bit so the border get out the frame but they insist fo a 1080

Scale it a little bit anyway. Anything below 110% should be acceptable. Heck, often you can go up to 120% (depending on the footage). Although, in your case, you’re needing to sharpen it, so you may not be able to blow it up too much.
