I’m working on a big gloosy and I’m looking to see if there is anyway to view or share files on loction with tablets – some maybe ipads and others not.
We will have 5-9 producers working on files time coding and taking notes. I want to be able to access the files they are working on, just like in the office over a network drive, where I can read only the files they are working on.
Anyone go any suggestions

If you have access to the internet via location or a hotspot then use Dropbox with everyone signed into the same production specific account. It’s available on desktop/laptop. iOS, and android. It does not lock documents.
Google Docs and collaborative editing may be another option with more refined document formatting done after the shoot.
The only issue is that both will not work without an internet connection.
