Sharing a DVCPRO HD Quicktime files with PC

Hello everyone,
I have a client who’s on Windows Vista and wants to be able to play and encode from the DVCPRO HD files that I provide for him (he’s using sorenson squeeze). But, of course, since he has no pro video apps on his pc, he doesn’t have the components installed to handle the file. Now he’s asking me what he needs to be able to use the file, and I’m allergic to pcs, so I have no idea.

Any suggestions, oh wise ones?
