Sharing a duplicated project – duration issue
Greetings,
I am having an issue with duplicated projects as I share them to Youtube and DVD. The issue is that the duration of the original program (ie:45 minutes of rough footage) is still the duration of the finished program I have edited down to 5 minutes, by duplicating a project to make new edits. So when I go to make a DVD to send to a client, the 5 minute program renders out to 45 minutes. My only workaround has been to export to Compressor, set in and out points, render and build the program now in DVD SP, which is way too much work!
What am I missing? Any ideas?
