  Shared Media Storage—-ball park cost???

  More & more, this is seeming to be the way to go for my new gig.

  Wondering what you guys figure cheepest would cost to set up so’s I can pitch the boss.

  Set up is: doc/nat history production shop just cranking up a
  4 hr series that’ll end up w/approx 80 – 100max hrs
  of Panasonic Vericam 24p footage.

  3 new maxed out Qaudcore G5’s doing the work and
  capturing by FireWire from Panny 1200A (also have a
  older Panisonic 150 w/frame rate converter) for edit.

  Doing final finish out of house. Still mulling over the actual post pathway
  as far as that goes.

  If you guys have any thoughts or suggestions on shared media set up costs and what’s required equipment wise, or suggestions on post path, would be forever greatful.
