  Shapes Question

  Hello ! I have imported a picture to my composition and draw a circle on the picture. I want to make the circle transparent and blurry ( if I move the circle on the image it should still show what is in the background ) how can i do this? and also want to know if i draw a circle on an image how do i make the image zoomed-in on the circle?
