    Hi everyone,

I have an endpage resolve which I want to accent with a ripple. I will be using a displacement map to do so.

What I need is to make a ripple or pulse in the shape of the logo and text shape. As oppose to rendering a circular ripple.

The output needs to be a simple b/w luma channel so I can use it with the displacement. So creating a halo which grows would suffice, for example the radiowave plugin if it could take its shape from the alpha channel of my logotype.

I had a try with using stacked glows (e.g. a large radius in white and then a smaller one in black to get get a growing halo (ripple) but seems like there should be a better way?

A nudge in the right direction / name of a plugin to solve my problems would be great!

    Thanks,

    Stuart
