    Shape layer follows length of text layer

    Hey all:

    I’m trying to find a way to have a basic rectangle layer follow the length of any block style text layer. So, when I change the length of the text the length of the shape layer that is behind the text follows it. I have various lines of text I have to do this for and doing it manually is a total pain. Please keep in mind I don’t really know expressions but am willing to learn.
