Shape Flip Transition
What is the most basic and easiest way to make a shape transition in and out with a flip like seen in this video?
I really appreciate the help.

I would suggest making your logo a 3D object and then rotating the Y axis.
You can also get interesting results by offsetting the anchor point and playing with scale in addition.Jon Merrifield
