  Shannon W. Rawls? Does he post here anymore – looking for info on CF24 conversions

  I saw a post in the archive about Shannon conversion from cf24 to 24p and I had a couple of questions :

  He says :

  1) start with “Downconverted CF24 footage”. What does this mean? Is this the m2t video files?
  2) Use “regular NTSC DV Widescreen (720×480, 29.970 fps) project”, why isn’t a HD project used for this? Why use 720X480?

  Any help would be appreciated because I am starting to work with my HC1 and want to use the CineFrame24.
