I would take a look at NewBlueFX Motion Effects. The one called Active Camera should do what you want.

Did you go frame by frame in Pan/Crop and turn on motion blur?

I don’t think that has worked since Vegas 5 but it was a good one if you can get it to work.

The Vegas Quake script does NOT work in Vegas 8. It would have to be recompiled and the original author of it is no longer around.
