  Shake and Flicker effect?

  I’m looking to have a very suttle shake (wiggle) effect to add to my comp. I also want a flicker (not a lot of them). If you’ll take a look at this persons YouTube intro, you’ll see what I mean: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BUmTIBBp-DA
