    Hello all,

I’m working on a demo reel for a friend and I’m having a bit of a problem with the shadow that is being cast by a font while working in 3-d.

The problem simply is that the shadow being cast is of the PREVIOUS font I was working with and not the current one being used composition. I’ve tried purging the memory, resetting the 3-d layer where the shadow is being cast, and entirely re-doing the font (which is done through 3-d invigorator on a side note), and turning accept shadows on and off but the old font shadow is STILL THERE!!!

I don’t want to start over from scratch in that I’m cool with the animation as a whole.

If you have any insight, please pass it on.

    Thanks in advance,

    Brad

Have you tried creating the light from scratch ?
I think Shadows are stored and cached in the lights.
