Hi Peter,

Be sure you do not have “Use Comp Lights” enabled. If you do, this uses the After Effects lights instead of the Invigorator lights. If you plan to use the After Effects lights, then you will have to position the lights in the same positions as the Invigorator lights, and enable the option “Casts Shadows” in the After Effects lights setting.

Hi Peter.

When going from the Invigorator window back to After Effects,
we don’t automatically copy camera and light information
(there can be some unwanted side effects if we do this).

Therefore, if you want to use the lights (and light settings)
that you set up in our Invigorator main UI (the Set-Up window),
you must click the “Update Lights” button.

It’s the icon near the right side that looks like a light.

As Ed said, make sure you have the “Use Comp Lights” checkbox in the ECW off.

Thank you for getting back. I double checked and I do not have the “Use Comp Lights” switched on.

That was it. Hitting the “Updating Lights” button allows the Invigorator shadows to be seen in the AE Comp window. Thank you the quick response. Your product is excellent.
