  Setting up ID for 6″x9″ trim size book.

  Hello everyone and thanks in advance 🙂

  I am preparing to publish a book with a trim size of 6″x9″. I would like to know if anyone has a CS3 template for such a project and if not, what would be the best way to configure ID for this book?

  The book will be published through Amazon BookSurge and the 6″x9″ format was chosen to allow a hard cover option at a later time. The initial publication will be a trade paperback.
