  Setting up an AVID Adrenaline Based Edit Suite

  Hi,

  Where can I get information on the various components that are best to add onto an adrenaline xw8200 system? I’m thinking scopes, monitors, mixers, video switchers, dat decks, DLT storage drives, etc. Which brands are best of breed (mackie vs yamaha dm1000), compatible, etc.

  Is there any source of information I can read up on that describes such an edit suite layout and a diagram of the various connections involved between all the components, on the net or another resource?

  [I want to get this information outside of the reseller community to begin with]

  Another consideration is that I’d like to bring in avid unity at some point in the future, and want to ensure that any setup I create now lends itself to growth in that direction.

  I’ve been unsuccessful in finding whitepapers, any information really with this kind of detail. Any help will be much appreciated!
