I have pickup a additional used 8core Mac pro for a second edit bay I own 2 copies of FCS 2
and don’t want to upgrade yet to Premiere CS6 or FCP X yet both machines are on Snow leopard
and I’m looking for a cheap PCIe decklink card like the monitor only that wont run me into the
major software upgrade. I understand from the spec on the monitor only the OS has to be 10.7 and up and FCS 2 does work al that great in 10.7 and up.
Any quick cheap suggestions. anyone selling a old decklink card.
    Thanks
    Dane

    My systems:

    1) Mac pro 8core, 18gigs, older decklink Extreme single, HDone RAID, OS 10.6.8 , FCS 2, CS4 (works great) Video monitor Panisonic LH2600W

    2) (the new one) Mac Pro 8core, 16gigs, No decklink card, OS 10.6.8, FCS 2, CS4, video monitor LH2600W

Hi , I have a Decklink HD Pro card with breakout cables that I currently run on Mac Quad 3GHz Intel Xeon. The system works fine with 10.5.8 and FCP 7.0 (also works with FCP 6)

I might be interested in selling it for about $600. (Original price $1200)
