  • Setting start point on timeline for imported realflow mesh

Hi all – trying to do something with RF and C4D, both of which I am fairly new with –

If I am importing several separate meshes from realflow, how do I set their start times on the c4d timeline? Currently they all start playing through from frame 0 and I have yet to find a way to change this. I am using an image sequence of a video as a material on the meshes so they need to appear in a specifically timed sequence. I’m sure this is an obvious thing but any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks!

Actually just had this problem and figured it out…Set the offset and starting point to the first frame u want your animation to start (the same frame) and set the end frame to your last key frame in the timeline of c4d

Sorry to bump an old thread, but i’ve got this exact problem.

Does anyone know how to offset the starting point? Is it done in Realflow or C4d? Can’t find the preference in RF.
