    Setting different in/out points in Compressor?

    Hi,

    I’m trying to output a short film from FCP 7 via compressor into two versions: one is for tape and one for DVD.
    I chose the appropriate codecs for each version, but the thing is I need to subtract the beginning and end from the DVD version (the broadcast version contains additional bars & tone, sponsor image, etc.).

    Could I set different in & out points to each target?

    I know how to change in & out points – I’m asking if it is possible to set different ones to specific targets?

    I don’t think so.
    I don’t know what are you exporting, but the MPEG-2 you can cut it in DVDSTP.
