  Setting a specific bit rate

  Hey all, I did a bit of searching but still must be missing something obvious.

  I’m exporting a h.264 file and am trying to set a specific bit rate. I can find the variable and constant bitrate settings but nowhere that I can set a specific video bitrate like1800 kbps max
