Set initial state on a cached soft body?
I’m having trouble freezing a soft body at the point I’d like. Is there a trick to it? When I set the initial state on a cached object and then empty the cache it resets the position, also tried “make editable” and “current state to object” to no avail. Please help!

Just bake the dynamics and then, when you get to the frame you like, delete the dynamics tag.
