Set global audo level in FCP
How can you set a global audio in to out in FCP? For instance if I have 10 soundbites and I want to raise them all by 4db…

Select the four clips.
Option+Apple(CMD)+ L
In the box that pops up, you can either change the volume Relative to where it is now or to an Absolute setting of a certain db.
I use this all day, every day.

Walters solution works, but if you want EVERYTHING in your sequence to be 4dB higher you could use the Audio Mixer (under the tools menu) and there is a master fader, you could push that up by 4dB and it will effect every track and clip.
