Set clip dimensions in pixels in Motion settings
Newbie to PP. In motion settings, I see I can change the scale, but is it possible to set the height/width in pixels? I want to make sure two clips displayed simultaneously are the exact same height. Thanks.

Unfortunately, the motion scale is setup for percentages. If your clips are different sizes to start (I assume this as otherwise you could simply match percentages…), you could always make yourself a quick ‘jig’ in the titler using a couple rectangles or some other guide for comparison.
