Mark, is your actual issue that you’re afraid of being ripped off for your credit card info? Maybe you should fill out the form on the contact page and have them call you. I’m sure you can stuff a $10 bill in an envelope and mail it to them.

I bought my manual about 8 seconds after hitting the site.

I could find nothing on them either. Rather strange. I understand that Sony is back logged 5 weeks or so on repairs.

does anyone know what is the part number of the gold plastic board inside the grips? it’s next to the lens where you put your right hand in for zoom control, record, or lens remote. I already removed the whole thing inside out but can’t locate the part number anywhere. I called sony, they seem don’t know the part number either, please help, thanks
