    Good day people !

I am in a dilemma where I dumped audio from a SD card coming out of a Tascam-Dr40.
I was recording in Dual mode and everything went smooth from what I thought.
I dumped everything to the main computer and it all dumped fine. When I tried to play the audio it doesn’t work at all.
It shows the file name, the file size but not the sample rate and duration. It doesn’t open in any program.

I tried to recover the SD card with Stellar Phoenix and was able to recover the audio but it has static and the few clear parts it actually repeats itself.
    (Hello I hear you . . . . Hello I hear you ….. Who is there …. Who is there …. )

I tried the whole import Raw in Audacity from what the web says is usually successful but it didn’t work out for me.

Is there any suggestions to repair the header or something manually ? I really really need this audio recovered.

    Thank You So Much.

I can supply audio samples if needed.

You might try VLC Player. See this article:

    Tried everything.

It’s definitely an issue where the header just needs to be fixed I used 7 different programs to see if I can recover a clean wav and have had no luck.

I don’t know what I am looking at with the binary numbers to fix the header.
