I’m not sure of an automated way to do this since all the editors can’t all run the exact same project at the same time from a central location.
What I would do is put a “holding project” somewhere centrally accessible for all the editors. When they finish a Sequence, the Editor opens that “holding project” and transfers their Sequence into that project. The other editors then open that “holding project” and transfer the Sequence into their projects.
It’s as easy as dragging the Sequence from one project to the other. Then all the editors will have the exact same Sequences.
What I would strongly recommend is to have your editors timestamp each version of the Sequences that go into the “holding project” so you’re sure everyone has the same Sequence. Such as “Sequence 1 11:45 7-14-07” Yes, FCP does create a “Date Modified” column entry for each version, but by timestamping the title of the Sequence, it’s much faster for the editors.
There may be an automated way to do this, but I’ve not done it.
