  Sequence Timebase for film show?

  Cutting my first film show on FCP. Dailies are telecined to HDCam then down-converted to DVCam. Should I digitize at 29.97 or 23.98? I’d like to cut in a 24FPS world if possible, but don’t know if it’ll bite me in the ass later. I know I can just digitize and cut at 29.97 and perform a reverse telecine for output and lists, but I like the idea of seeing what it’ll actually look like. Thoughts?
