    good evening guys.
just finished to work on my footage on AE, so now its time to the final touch with premiere pro (cs5).

    now, I have a question.
I don’t know which sequence to use. I can see that most (maybe all?) of the sequences dependent on the video camera, but my footage is AVI uncompressed.

I simply want to render my project out, and to upload it to youtube, thats all.
so in which sequence should i use, and how to use the settings for it?

im working here with AVI uncompressed, 1280*720. only need watch it on my pc and youtube.

thanking you in advance , good day.

In the sequence settings, go to the General Tab, choose Desktop as a preset and set your sequence to 1280×720 square pixels at the appropriate frame rate.

There is this nice new feature in CS5.
Drag your footage to the New Item Icon in the Project Window (like in AE) and Premiere will create a matching sequence.
