Why can’t I change the sequence frame rate, frame size, pixel aspect ratio and so on after it has been created? This is not an issue in Vegas Pro changing the project settings any time. It just seems like a limitation Adobe added for no reason what-so-ever.

    Am I missing something?

I’ve got two sequences in a project. One is 24fps the other 23.97fps. Didn’t realize I set the first one wrong at 24fps when I made it. Now I’ve got an entire sequence at the wrong frame rate and can’t change it.

    This is retarded Premiere!

Make a new seqeucne with the settings you want.

Copy all from your wrong timeline.

Paste to your new correct timeline.

Thanks. But that just seems like a silly thing to have to do when Adobe could just allow us to change the sequence settings.

It is what it is. Alex’s solution is the best way to address it 😀
