Sequence setting to preview codec in ProRes is not there
So i’ve got some footage shot with an Atomos Ninja Assassin in ProRes HQ to edit in premiere pro CC 2017 and i’m ok with exporting it in ProRes format over QuickTime, but i cant seem to have it preview in ProRes. I’ve read something about how its done but the drop down list of the Codec doesnt seem to have ProRes as i’ve read. Is this only a thing for Mac Machines? Isn’t there a way to do it on Windows? If not, what is the alternative?

Doesn’t exist on Windows. Mac only.
Dnx HD/HR is a good choice.
