sequence preset for MPG files on FCP
Hi Everybody, im working on an enviroment project were the images are from personal files, amateur camera. MPG extension 640×480, 30fps, and they suck. Low resolution, lines everywhere.
I’d like to know if is there an ideal sequence preset for this kind of files. All i try gives me the same result, then i came here to get some info to know if this is really it.

I live in Brazil, will consider the editing timebase.
I thought of converting it as well, but was wondering if that would be the only way to go. So, lets get down to work.

Oh sure, it’s NTSC like USA. I forgot to mention it.
I’m already converting the files. It will work properly. The quality is not good, but as it came like this from the originals, i don’t think it can get any better.
